Our Story
Clanton’s deep ties to the Canadian real estate ecosystem dates back to the 1950’s with the formation of a multi-generational real estate group that began with one of Canada’s most iconic developers of the past century: H&R Developments.
In 2018, Clanton was founded to drive and expand the intersection of real estate and technology, after seeing firsthand the inefficiencies and dated processes that exist within the real estate industry. Clanton focuses on early-stage real estate tech investments, primarily in the US, Canada and Israel. At this stage, we can drive significant value to founders through a hands-on approach that combines strategic capital, operating knowledge and expertise in the real estate lifecycle.
